Our company was founded in the early 1980s upon the development, manufacture introduction to the market, and supply of Quaternary ammonium compounds (Quats) for use as phase transfer catalysts. Our domain expertise in solids handling technology has helped us expand our offerings to include ammonium and phosphonium high-purity solid Quats, Phosphoranes, and Wittig reagents. These products are crucial building blocks in the pharmaceutical value chain.

Our portfolio of over 20 multifunctional compounds that, thanks to variant composition/alkyl chain length, find applications as phase transfer catalysis (PTC)), pharma intermediates, antistatic agents, agrochemicals (pesticide, fungicides), polymers & plastics, painting industries, oilfield auxiliary, electronic industries, flavors and fragrance, cosmetics.

Many of our Quats have an excellent anti-microbial effect and therefore are successfully utilized in general household cleaning products and disinfectants.

Our most popular products are TBAB, PTMAC, and CTAB are made under GMP manufacturing conditions at our Naroda facility in India and distributed globally. At the same time, we maintain local stocks of select key products in Europe and the US.

We have significant expertise in providing tailor-made solutions to meet clients' expectations while our global supply chain and logistic teams ensure timely delivery and risk-managed shipments.
